EDUCATION:
Master’s degree in social work, clinical psychology, or other licensable human service fields from an accredited university.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
Current requisite professional licensure.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years' experience providing therapeutic case management and/or out-reach 
services to children and families.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Provides intensive outreach and in-home therapeutic and case management services, as part of a treatment team, to children and families served by the SHW Children's Home-Based Program. Provides twenty-four-hour crisis intervention for the department on a rotating, on-call basis, which may include Mobile Crisis Intervention.  Coordinates mental health services with providers of other community agencies to prevent hospitalization and out-of-home placement, and to promote individual, family, and community functioning.  The Family Specialist shall be responsible to the Supervisor of Services for Children and Families, or to other supervisory staff as designated by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

RANGE OF PAY:
Annual Salary Range $50,020.50 - $64,026.25
