Case Coordinator - Children's EPSDT/Autism Benefit
EDUCATION:
Must have a Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, or Health and Human Service Field.
EXPERIENCE:
One year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder required. Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional Preferred.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Innovative Community Mental Health organization seeking a qualified candidate to provide targeted case management services for children under 21 years of age with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, who are eligible to be enrolled in CMH services and who may be eligible for the EPSDT/Autism Benefit for Medicaid enrollees. Must have a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, or Health and Human Service Field. One year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder required. Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional Preferred. Some on-call work involved in this position. Great benefits and a friendly work environment. For those with a Limited Licensed Bachelor of SoCial Work or Limited Licensed Master of Social Work, supervision toward full licensure is available at no cost as part of this position.
