During the cold winter months (and with the COVID pandemic still upon us), it is important now more than ever to practice healthy self-care and take good care of your mental well-being.

Self-Care Quick List:

  • Get active (and be creative).

  • Keep a routine.

  • Be sure to get the right amount of sleep.

  • Check-in with yourself and avoid burnout.

  • Take time to check-in with others.

  • Know when and how to get additional help.
